Safe and professional counselling helping you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma and life’s challenges.
Therapy isn't just for the difficult times, it's for anyone who wants to grow, heal and thrive in all areas of their lives.
I am an integrative counsellor based in South London, offering both online and in-person sessions across the UK. Together we can explore and make sense of the challenges you’re facing that may feel too tangled or overwhelming to navigate alone. You might find yourself feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about the way forward, and that’s where therapy can help.
Taking the step into counselling can feel daunting. Opening up to someone new about your deepest thoughts, fears, or emotions, perhaps ones you’ve never spoken aloud, can be uncomfortable. This is where I aim to provide you with a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to work through whatever is on your mind, at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor based in South London. I have worked for NHS IAPT services, working one – one with individuals who present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, work place discrimination, trauma, and bereavement.
I am also a qualified youth worker with 16 years of experience providing services and interventions to highly vulnerable young people and their families. My work has spanned across the education sector, community settings, youth justice, and the healthcare system.
As I encountered increasingly complex cases and observed a lack of prioritisation around young people’s mental health, my practice naturally evolved toward trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic interventions. Along with my own personal journey and challenges that life has thrown my way, inspired me to transition to become a counsellor.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I adhere to their strict Ethical Framework, ensuring that my practice is safe, professional, and client centered.

As an integrative counsellor, I bring together psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. This approach reflects the understanding that no single model of counselling can fully capture the complexity of each person’s life and experiences.
At the core of my practice is a person-centred foundation, where I create a space where you feel seen, heard, understood and accepted through empathy, warmth, and non judgment.
Alongside this, psychodynamic exploration can help us examine early childhood experiences and underlying patterns that may still influence how you feel and relate to others and the world today.
I believe that much of the healing in therapy comes from the relationship we build together. In our sessions, we’ll take things at a pace that feels safe for you, exploring your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and experiences. The therapeutic relationship can be a powerful ground for healing, insight, and meaningful change. My goal is to walk alongside you in navigating these life challenges, finding clarity and new perspective with a stronger sense of who you are.
People come to me for help for a variety of concerns. Here are some of the more common challenges that counselling can help address:
Anxiety
Depression
Bereavement/loss
Work related issues
Low Self Esteem/Self confidence
Relationship issues
Family relationships

People seek therapy for various reasons. Sometimes it’s feeling stuck, caught in unhelpful patterns of thoughts, emotions, or behaviours you want to understand better and change. At other times, it may be stress, anxiety, or anger that feels overwhelming. You might be navigating relationship challenges, family difficulties, a major life transition, loss, or trauma.
Whatever brings you to therapy, it offers a structured and supportive space for guidance, reflection, and processing past experiences, while helping you focus on personal growth.
It’s also important to consider that therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis. Just like going to the gym to strengthen and maintain your physical health, therapy can be a proactive way to build resilience, support, and growth in your mental well-being.
...if you’re seeking direct advice, a quick fix, or someone to make decisions for you, counselling may not be the best fit. It’s also not the right option if you’re unwilling to engage in self-reflection or explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours more deeply.
If you are experiencing an immediate crisis, please contact your GP or visit your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department for urgent help.
Sessions are usually held at the same time weekly, unless we agree a different schedule, such as bi-weekly or monthly, each session lasts 50 minutes.
